Since this weekend, my iphone and ipad apps will no longer allow me to record a program on my DVR. The DVR settings page states that i have no eligible TVs. How do I solve this problem? Is this connected with the new Xfinity account numbers taking effect?
I have the same problem. After this weekend's 'Sign In'-loop debacle, things went back to normal. Now, cannot change channels because my DVR does not show up as 'an eligible TV'.
Comcast has amazingly poor tech for a so-called 'tech-giant'.
Related: my internet went down for about 15 minutes earlier today; and so modem/router auto-rebooted. Maybe some IP routing issue up-stream? I cycled power on the set-top box, and will do the same on the modem. Perhaps that will work... ha-ha!
I had this problem for 2 weeks, then my TV was listed last week for a couple of days, and, as of yesterday, I'm now getting the, "No eligible TVs", message, again. What's up with that?

voila, now your favorites are gone, yet the tv is now available.
