TV online?

I am trying to watch something online and it always says sorry and wont play. It says refresh page, i click on it but it just repeats the same thing. I want to be able to see my shows from a computer. What is wrong.

Please post the error message you are getting, especially the error number, if any.

Please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you.

 

Also, please send the URLs of the videos that you are trying to watch.
