Sorry, that didn't go as planned.

This message has been posted on TV listing online service for 3 weeks when will I be able to use this service again.

I keep getting error message when I try to see my online tv listings.

This is happening more and more often, usually every 2 weeks.

It says, "Sorry, that didn't go as planned. Please try later".

Can you please fix it? Permanently?

Same problem.  No TV listings on my computer.  Customer service reps are useless.  Comcast is a disgrace and I suggest to everyone I know that they use a different provider.
