TV guide on PC

Your Guide to What's on TV (on PC) not working for 2 days, Keep getting: Sorry, that didn't go as planned.

Can you private message me which user ID you're using when this happens? I'm going to need to know that in order to further investigate.

Still happening on both Internet Explorer and Goggle Chrome. Also when I try to change zip code (no matter which one I use) I get

"We could not find any service providers for that ZIP Code. Please try a different 5-digit U.S.Postal Code."

This has been a problen for over a month now when will it be fixed

I deleted the Internet Explorer cookies and cache and TV Guide now works. Although I had done this before and it didn't work.
