When I go to on-demand tv listing the zip is correct and the channels are correct with my TV line up. When I go to live tv, and check under grid tv schedule, it is for someother area. the channel #'s and call letters are out of order and with new #'s.
Live TV only works for the channels you have. But for local network tv.. for example my local NBC is 12, the tv grid that comes up has NBC 11 with call letters I don't know. If I click on it to watch, it says I hae not signed up for this channel, rightbecause I have signed up for my local NBC 12. But for national networks like FX i can watch it live streaming because I do have FX, albeit under a different channel number.
I want to get the tv grid for live streaming tv to be for my area again, it was fine for a week, until day before yesterday when it switched.
I have been on chat with customer service 4 times. once for 2 and a half hours. Keep getting promises but nothing works or changes. So I am trying here.

It needs your comcast.net logon credentials.
This one has a very small gear icon in the bottom right hand corner and it has to be set for the right channel lineup.

I have the grid in the on-demand section set to the right area and the correct tv grid is appearing there. However in the live-tv listings I see no where to put this same zip code info and it intermitently is the correct line up and sometimes, like now it is the wrong line-up
