TV go application

When I bring up TV GO app on my tablet and try to watch CNBC it says I need a subscription.  It wasn't like this before.  Anyone know what has happened?

 If this previously worked, call into Comcast @ 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489 and speak with a CSR about having your account entitlements checked and refreshed.
