TV Remote App says DVR Full when it is not

I'm trying to use the TV Remote App. When I select the DVR Manager and Scheduled Recordings, I get a message that "YOur DVR is full." In fact, when I check my DVR it is only 33% full. As a result, I cannot schedule any recordings from the TV Remote App. 

 

Is there any way to resolve this issue?
