I must say the performance and reliability of the online ability to view programs or through your app has really gone to so far downhill.  About 60% of the time the programs arent available or gives some kind of error that it cant be displayed.  Sometimes it won't work online but will work through the app, some shows that are available online aren't available on the app.  Over the past month, the number of shows that just sit there and spin and never play has grown.  Whatever you are doing or hired to maintain your servers is apparently not doing a stellar job.  At this rate I am about two weeks from dropping your service and switching to Centurylink or another provider.  The internet service itself is hardly better than trying to get online programming....rotten services from top to bottom
