TV ONLINE SCHEDULE DOESN'T NOT DISPLAY THE ACCURATE TIME/SHOWS.

TV ONLINE SCHEDULE DOESN'T NOT DISPLAY THE ACCURATE TIME/SHOWS.

I have changed my zip code, I changed my time zone. I deleated all my cookies in all 3 browsers.  The shows displayed are not accurate or in real time.  Any ideas???

Is the correct zipcode displaying? Are the channels wrong? Are the shows wrong? Are they correct except that they off by an hour or two?

Sounds like I'm having the same type of problem.  It happened at least a month ago.  On xfinitytv.comcast.net/tvlistings, the grid starts at channel 14 or sometimes 17, but should start at channel 1.  I can't even control my DVR from here because it doesn't show Channel 1.

I have the the correct zip code entered.  When I click on change location, the pop up window shows the correct channel listings; however, the grid doesn't change, regardless of the service area that I select.

Have contacted comcast support, but no help.

Konfused,

 

Try this link: xfinitytv.comcast.net/tv-listings?filters=none

 

If that works then you have some filters (movies, kids, or sports) selected and you'll need to unselect them.

 

If you don't see the buttons on the left side of the page, click on "Filters" on the top left of the grid and they should appear.

 

Let me know if that helps.

That did it.  I don't use the filters, but evidently someone else did. (Wait till I get hold of my family! LOL) And to think this has been driving me crazy for over a month.  Thank you so much.
