Really Comcast?

Over 2 days and no response.

This is why people call the helpline which costs the company millions.

The forums are a peer-to-peer support arena with very little input from Comcast Official Employees....  Users are always encouraged to contact Comcast using the ways listed in this link:  http://forums.xfinity.com/t5/Customer-Service/We-Can-Help/m-p/2634629#U2634629

That being said, do you have the X1 platform?  There was a recent change in the XRE of 159.02 which may be affecting your viewing...   Under settings, Parental Controls, you now must select the many SAFE selections, regardless if you have PC enabled or not.  I don't know if this carries over to online viewing, but it may since you arfe logging in with your credentials.

If you don't have X1, I would suggest contacting Comcast directly.

The Support Forums are "public" forums and you should not post identifiable information (full name, account number, address, phone numbers & email addresses).  Users of these forums are Comcast customers, the same as you & me and volunteer their time to assist with the issues and/or problems that you may be experiencing.  Please ensure your post is in the correct Forum to begin with.  Please do not send me Private Messages for personal help but instead use the Forums to allow everyone to read and offer comments to assist you.  Comcast employees are identified with RED lettered User Names.
