TV Listings wrong on Xfinity website, correct if you hit "Guide" button on remote

I posted about this one week ago and got no replies. I "chatted" online with a Comcast rep yesterday and was told that a complaint would be entered and the problem would be resolved. I fail to understand why the channel listings are correct when one uses the "Guide" function on your remote and check listings on your TV screen, but the listings shown on the Xfinity TV listings on Comcast.net are wrong. The channels that I most often have been seeing that are wrong are for the Science Channel and for Biography. This is a persistent, reoccurring problem. Comcast, get on the ball and fix this !!!

As of right now, 11 Am EST 01/09/14, the listings for the Science Channel and Biography are correct, and the Xfinity Watch on TV listings match those of what is shown when you hit the "guide" button on your remote and match what is showing. Here's hoping that this continues.
