I open "http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/tv-listings" and check "TV Listings", and I have my correct ZIP code entered.
However, the TV listings end at 099, why aren't all the channels available here listed?
I would expect all the channels would be listed. I have tried the "Favorites" tab and the "HD Only" tab and can't view more than channels up to 099.
I've reset your channel lineup to your recomended lineup. That should fix the problem. In the future you can also select the "Digial" lineup which will show the HD channels instead of the "CableCard" or "Standard" lineup which might not.
I have the same dilemma. When I view the channels, I can select record channel 820 for instance. when it takes me to the login page, I lose all channel options I have except 1-99. Can I do something to fix this?

Just about the grid on the top left there is a "Change Location" link.
After you click that link the selected option should usually be "Comcast Recomended Lineup". But if you want to change your lineup you'll see multiple options. A fictional example would be:

(To over simplify a little), All of the lineups with the same first part are really the same location and lineup, but they are slightly different because they are compatible with different technology and thus may have more or less channels than each other. Most, but not all, of our customers should select the "Digital" option which should have all the HD channels.
