TV Listing page suddenly inactive

Suddenly TV listing page is inactive - all selection links are dead and listings main

screen is blank. Clicked on change date and update location links with no response.

This just happened two weeks ago with no changes on my end. All other program

options are fine. Help.

Try using a different web browser and let me know if it works. This is not a permanent solution but it will help us narrow down your issue.

Also, what is your zip code and service area?

Thanks,
Joe

What results did you get using another browser like Firefox or Safari? Again, this is not a permanent solution but it will help us narrow down your issue.

Re: TV Listing page suddenly inactive

Thank you once again for getting back. I'm a retiree who is marginally literate

with computers. I'm not familiar with SOP of changing browsers. Additionally,

I'm afraid of messing something else up when everything else is working perfect.

As indicated I'm using Windows 7  O.S. with Windows Internet explorer as browser.

If changing browsers is a simple operation advise. If not I guess I'll just wait until

Comcast catches up. I'm also exploring other options to getting listings in lieu of

not getting current listings back on line. Thanks again for the help.
