TV Go says we don't have subscriptions for programming

My family has been trying to view programming from TV Go. When we try to access certain programs, we receive a message stating that we're not subscribers of the service that provides the program (such as you don't have HBO). We subscribe to all of the networks, etc. that we're trying to access. This is extremely frustrating because we pay a hefty bill every month for programming. I've talked with support folks several times and we have a ticket pending. I'm hoping they can help us resolve these issues soon.

That's a coding issue on your account that only a Comcast support agent can fix.  Contact Comcast support at 1-800-266.2278.

No a Comcast support agent can't fix it.

I live in PA & according to the tech who answered the phone, it is a known issue.

I spent over 1.5 hours on phone and online chat trying to get resolved. They finally gave up & said would add me to the "ticket" list.
