TV App show programming from previous days when trying to watch live TV

This has happened on 2 different regular network channels. It'll flip back and forth between live TV and previous shows. Uninstalling and reinstalling app does nothing. Contacted Twitter help account and they said they'd made some changes with it last night. Not sure what was done but it didn't help. We've had nothing but problems with the app. There are obviously still bugs with it. Calling into phone support is useless. No one knows anything about the app it seems. Whatever scripts they're using for support obviously don't cover the mobile apps and it seems they don't receive training on them. This is beyond frustrating. Smiley Sad

Same thing happened to me tonight, tried to watch TAXI live, kept switching to MASH. What's up with that? Im guessing it's a time zone thing. You know, spring back, fall ahead?

  There were some recent issues in your area that may have caused this issue, if there are issues with the cloud servers there is nothing an agent on the phone or @comcastcares support can do to fix it.   A ticket would need to be escalted to our engineerings teams.

  This appears to be a known issue in your market and our engineers working on a fix.
