We just received service yesterday, and the technician said it would take an hour for the on demand to work, and that the TV app settings were experiencing the same issues (that they would come into control at the same time). In a day and a half, we still have not received on demand, or the ability to sign into pandora or facebook on https://welcome.comcast.net/x1/prefs/devices
Anybody who knows anything about this would be a great help? Is it something we have to call to activate? It's already part of our program with Comcast.
Can you direct message me with your name and phone number so we can investigate your issue? Are you unable to login to the preferences portal to enter your Pandora & Facebook usernames @ https://welcome.comcast.net/x1/prefs/devices?
If this is still an issue, you should call in & see if perhaps your install order is still open. That could prevent stuff like web preferences & other settings tied to the X1 service from becoming available.

This might not be the place to address this, but these threads are so confusing to me.
I can get the Pandora App on my main TV (DVR connected to this one) but cannot access any of the APPS from my other TV's. I have signed in to access Pandora through the comcast portal, but still cannot access on other TV's.. Thanks for any assistance.
Ok thank you.. but it would be nice to be able to access from all of the boxes, just like the dang stocks, horoscopes.. not much use if you can't access from the other boxes..
