TCM where are you????

TCM where are you????

we just moved from  New Bedford,Mass to Fall River Mass. We kept the same package we had.  Where is our TCM Channel??? It is the most important channel to us and it says not authorized.

Are you referring to online, On Demand, or the live channel on your TV?

Re: TCM where are you????

The live channel (213) as well as the HD channel (903), and when I go to on demand, tcm catogory it says to pay to watch a film, where as when this channel was in my package, I never had to pay to watch an on demand film. 

 

The listings for the channel come up, but the screen just says "Unauthorized".
