Your guide is not loading properly...you can try to kick start it by removing power and allowing the device to reboot by plugging it back in.  If this fails, you may need to call into Comcast and begin the troubleshooting process with a Comcast CSR @ 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489
