T.V. listings loading the grid

T.V. listings loading the grid

I am having a problem with the T.V. listings on comcast.com. My grid was blank and it only shows about four inches of grid. There is a one line message saying there is a problem loading the grid reload your browser. I have tried to reload the browser by refreshing the page, what else needs to be done to reload the browser? It doesn't seem to help nor does the gride load. Help!

Re: T.V. listings loading the grid

Thanks for your response Geek 46! The zip code was already entered and I thought the right Comcast listing was selected but I have a standard package and digital. One T.V is HD and the other isn't with only an adapter. Recently a few months ago I had this same problem with my T.V. listings online being blank. I got the issue fixed but later my T.V guide channel on my T.V Ch. 95 disappeared and I have no info about my channels with the one that has an adapter and I called Comcast and found out that the T.V.  guide channel had changed the rolling guide they have. I couldn't believe it, I thought it must be a mistake now all I have to find out about what show I am watching is my online guide so it is upsetting to me when it isn't available. Thanks again!

Try to force enter your zip code... and then try to select the preferred COmcast listing for your area...   worked for me!
