Why do I keep getting the 'subscriptioon needed' message when I try to watch live tv online ?These channels are included in my tv service

Something is not setup correctly on your account.  You should call Comcast and speak to someone in billing.  I had the same issue when I first got X1 setup.

I contacted Comcast and they 'reset' my account. They tried to call me twice to see if it was fixed. Only a couple of the channels worked. I tried calling them back but hung up after waiting 21 minutes on hold.
