Subscription needed key icon

I have digital preferred at home and can watch most channels except premium.  When I go on xfinity.comcast.net I can watch only some channels on demand. When I try to open espn, AMC, TBS, Nick, Nick jr., Disney, etc... It says a subscription is required to watch them.  I get these channels at home.  After 4 or 5 calls to comcast/xfinity and nobody knowing what I'm talking about, please help!

Are you signed in with your Comcast.net e-mail address or Comcast ID?

 

You said "When I go on xfinity.comcast.net I can watch only some channels on demand". What are those channels?

Yes I am signed in. Some channels I can watch are NBC, ABC, ABC family, CBS, USA and I cn watch an MGM one too.  I have erased browsing history and deleted cookies as well as remove silverlignt and acrobat then reinstall them.  Those channels just need to be updated to reflect my subscription if possible

I had a ticket going to investigate.  Tonight I got an automated call saying they thinked they fixed the problem.  It is not fixed. They left a 1-877 number for me to call if it was not fixed but I didn't have a pen....
