Streaming doesn't work for some reason..

How come I can not see the "in home" shows even when I am home on my own network??

I'm sorry you're having trouble. Do you not see the in-home shows appearing or is the "Watch" button greyed out?  You must have the "Available in home" filter disabled for the shows and channels to appear.

 

Also, are you connected to your in-home XFINITY network?  That's how we can tell you are in-home.

Dan, instead of responding trying to fix what you think are INDIVIDUAL ISSUES, why not fix it from the source. Its on comcast end, there have been these complains for years and years, but you all feel the need to try and fix it individually. Netflix has no issues, youtube has no issues, even daily motion has no issues. its on your end, stop insulting your customers intellegence and present the problem to the next level above you.
