I have asked for participation in the streaming beta product. How long will it take to let me know if I am accepted? If I am NOT accepted, will I be notified?
Received email providing acceptance to trial and links to connect.
Have been UNABLE to connect since receiving email. Have attempted to connect several times. I have used every link in email without success.
Update #2 - Day 2:
Still unable to go beyond initial links contained in acceptance email. When I click any link in the email, my system sits and waits...and waits...and waits, etc.

Are you using Xfinity Connect to access email? If so, have tried using a different browser?
I am escalating your post to the forum administrator. An official employee will reply. Please check back every once in a while for a reply by one of them.
Hopefully one of them can help you get this resolved.

I have tried the "Start Watching" links...no luck
