Stream App on iOS Devices

Hello, I am having issues on both my iPad and iPhone using iOS 11. With the Stream app I used to be able to download DVR shows in seconds but now the shows get stuck around 1% and I get an error that the download was interrupted or no warning at all. I’ve tried different devices on different internet connections but nothing is solving my problem. Anyone else with this issue?

Hi Ashely

 

While it's possible the issues you're seeing are related to iOS 11, it's more likely that the problem is the recording. Which recordings are you trying to download? If you can give me the title or channel and the recording date/time, I can try to find them in our download dashboard and see what went wrong.

Hello.  I have tried multiple shows but a specific example is the show The Good Place, episode 5.

Not sure if it’s related but two of my iPads (mini 2 and a iPad 4) can no longer stream live TV via the stream app. I have a IPad Pro running iOS 11.0.3 that has had zero issues. I’m getting “subscription required” on those two devices....

Hi,
I wanted to follow up on this thread. I’m still having issues with downloads. I continually get errors that downloads are interrupted. I have been trying to download an episode for 20 minutes now and I’m still sitting at 46%. I’ve tried on both my iPad Air and iPhone 8 Plus. Both newer devices.
