Still cant stream TV

Still cant stream TV

Its been 5 days now and I'm still unable to use the streaming service that I'm paying for.  All of the network channels are missing from the tv listings page.  The only thing thats showing is the TV GO music channels.  Great!!!  I spoke with support and was told "well the page is working on our end.  Try again in an hour."  That was 24 hours ago.  I've reset my modem and tried other browsers.  Still nothing.  I've seen many other people complaining about this issued yet the support person acted like its the first time they've heard of this problem.  I know for a fact there have been problems like this for many months.  A little help would be appreciated.
