Sorry, we’ve experienced some difficulty playing...I CAN"T WATCH ANYTHING!

I Can't watch anything! I get a message saying:

Sorry, we’ve experienced some difficulty playing ....They show me the comercials but no programs! I see many having the same problem! What is going on with Comcast??? Don't they read this forum?

Is there a solution that we do not know about?

Please help...some one...
