Someone has been using my account

Someone has been using my account

Someone besides me and my family has hacked into our account and has been watching TV on the app. I've changed our password twice but this person is still connected. I recently discovered that when I changed my password I could still connected with the app even though I didn't enter the new password how can I get this person off my account?

Hi

I've removed all the devices from your account. You should now be prompted to sign in again on all devices; if only you have the new password, the unauthorized person will not be able to log in.

Send a private message to ComcastDan, he has the ability to kick all devices off your account and every device would have to log in again.

Hi
