Some recordings do not appear on App

Some recordings do not appear on App

I have 2 reording that are on my set top box (Criminals Minds ep 7 & 8) that do not appear in the Stream App, Recordings area.

 

Anyone know how to fix this?

Hello billybones77. If you are still having recordings not appearing in the XFINITY Stream App, I can help. Please let me know if these two episodes are the only ones not showing up.
