Site says I have no eligible TVs

Site says I have no eligible TVs

Since this weekend, the website will no longer allow me to record a program on my DVR, stating that I have no eligible TVs. Thus, I am able to record a program only with the TV remote and my TV. I cannot do it from my computer using the website. How do I solve this problem? Is this connected with the new Xfinity account numbers taking effect?
