Site not remembering authenticated user - Some videos not playing

Having two issues for the past few days:

 

1) Every time I open xfinitytv site in a new browser window it doesn't remember that I'm already logged in.  I click sign in and page refreshes - doesn't even ask for my password.

 

2) HBO MOVIES (not shows) give a flash player error, but HBO shows (and other shows from other sources) do not show an error. There is nothing wrong w/ my flash installation.

Here's an example of one that's broken:

Cowbows vs. Aliens does not play - shows error 525/6007

(there is no documentation for error 6007 fyi)

 

Oddly enough, if you click on the "Cowboys & Aliens" in the top-right and then play the HBO first look episode for this movie, it plays just fine.

Cowboys vs. Aliens was an issue on our end that was resolved. Please try it again. 

 

What other HBO programs are you trying to watch that are giving you issues?

Not just videos not playing:  Site won't let me make changes to my account because it will not recognize me as an authorized user.  Pain in the neck!
