Shows Not Appearing on Website

Shows Not Appearing on Website

I've setup my DVR so that I can manage it online. However, the website is not displaying the shows that have been recorded or the scheduled recordings that I have. This is a new box replacing a very old one. Am I missing a step? Thanks

Hello,

I had this problem once and I called 1-800 comcast and then fix it.
