Upon opening the Xfinity TV app, the app is supposed to list the set top boxes that are acceptable to use the app and I am suppose to chose  my box from the selection. The app does not recognize my set top box (Motorola RNG200N).

Go here on your PC or Mac and see if your box is recognized.
