What makes the sound louder and softer, fade in and out when watching tv or clips online?  It happens on my pc, my android and my tablet. Every time I try to watch television online it happens.  I can watch videos on U Tube, no problem...

It happens when I try to watch T.V. or videos online, not when I sit in my livingroom to watch television.  

Online at Xfinity check my account, I can click on anything and I get that messed up sound.

I just attempted to duplicate this issue on the website and the sound is working fine. Try clearing the cache and cookies. Also, try launching the website through a different browser.
