Roku app error getchannelmap.400

Roku app error getchannelmap.400

My roku xfinity app has been working well for months but as of Saturday began giving an error [getchannelmap.400] whenever I press live TV button or Browse button.  I can stream live TV through the app on my tablet.  I have made sure Roku is up to date, uninstalled / reinstalled Xfinity app on roku, logged off and logged back on and restarted router multiple times.  Any suggestions appreciated.

I've had this exact same issue for two days now. I can stream on my phone and computer, but on the Roku I can't watch live TV or anything on demand. It won't even load the guide. I have tried everything you have: reinstall app, sign out/in...nothing works.

One additional note is that for some reason I am still able to watch my recorded shows from the Cloud DVR using the Roku app, even though I can't stream live or on demand. It's all very strange and extremely frustrating. Someone please help.

What type of Roku are you using? Is it any of the following?

  • Roku TV (5XXX, 6XXX: Models within the 5000 and 6000 range)
  • Streaming Stick (3600 & 3800)
  • Sreaming Stick+ (3810)
  • Express (3700 & 3900)
  • Express+ (3710 & 3910)
  • Premiere (4620)
  • Premiere+ (4630)
  • Ultra (4640)
  • Roku 4 (4400)
  • Roku 3 (4200 & 4230)
  • Roku 2 (4210)
