Replace old box message

I keep getting a message on the TV that says that one or more of our cable boxes needs replacing. I went through replacing the old boxes last week. I returned the old boxes to Comcast last Monday. The boxes still show on our account. I called the Xfinity support number last night, and after being on hold for 45 minutes was hung up on. I then attempted the Chat With an Agent option on line. It sat there for 30 minutes with no response and I ended it.

I got the same message today. I called the Support number and am currently waiting fo a Customer Service Agent (30 minutes). I'm also attempting the online Chat with an Agent (waiting 25 minutes so far).

Anyone know how to contact them or stop the message from coming up? I'm betting I could drive to the local Comcast store and deal with them and still be on hold when I get back.
