Recordings not appearing on Stream

Recently I have noticed that not all of my recordings are showing up in the stream app. I know that on 60 hours of recordings are available on the cloud, but I only had around 30 half-hour and hour long shows recorded. The app shows about 13 recordings taking up 21% of space. So even with all 30 shows I should only be around 50% full right? Also, I noticed an hour long show that shows up in the app as only 18 minutes long. Are there any fixes to this issue?

Having the same issues. Hour long program is only 8-15 minutes online. Ok on DVR itself.
