Record series Record series fails with error using the website

Record series fails with error using the website. I can't schedule a series recording using the website. I can schedule a single program. The error message I get is

 

I/O Error - Status: 400 - Bad Request | URL: /remotescheduling/rest/guideworks/8497202460672640200109213127/Nl_TU_pPVUDV2KyFLhjgQg/repeatingrecording

rror code: UI:001

Please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you.

Also, try using a different web browser and let me know if it works. This is not a permanent solution but it will help us narrow down your issue.

Our team is looking into your issue but please do not use Google Chrome 15.

 

Since Google Chrome 15 is still in a beta state, we can not fully support it. Please use a stable version (Chrome 14), Firefox 7, or IE 8.

I found a workaround for the problem of setting up a series recording using the TV listing process.

 

First, select the program for a single recording.

 

Second, go to the DVR manager scheduled recording listing.

 

Select the program and see the details of the recording.

 

Finally, push the "Record Series" button. The program will be added to the Series recording listing.
