When responding to this message, I'm not sure "pixilating" is my issue, but poor resolution certainly is.  When watching 2 Guns HD, I expected an HD version of the movie.  It was clearly SD!  I don't need a refund -- this was a free movie download -- but for my monthly paid fee I expect to get what is advertised! I know my interenet connection is set up correctly, as immediately after the movie, I went to a TV show that was in HD, as it should have been.  It seemed to me that the movie was falsely advertised as HD.

I just watched 2 Guns. It was supposed to be HD. It wasn't! I am very displeased!!!!

Apologies for the issue and the experience that you described above. I have asked that you receive a credit for this On Demand movie.  You should see that on your next statement. Thanks for your patience.
