I have exactly the same problem using different browsers. What's going on? I am also located in the US and it is not working with the same wrong message. It works on Fox and others but not on the actual comcast website... Help please
Hi A_Lest, I have refreshed your entitlements on your account could you please retest, and if you are still having issues please respond to my private message.
I am having the same issue. Can you also refresh my "entitlements?" So far, it has appeared while watching "Last Man on Earth," and only moments after watching previous episodes in the series.
Please let us know the best time to send a signal to your box.
Here's the thing . . . We don't use a cable box, this error is occuring while streaming on a laptop. Unless you mean, signal our modem/router.
I apologize for the late response. A signal will be sent to your modem and it may take up to one hour for the Internet service to comeback to normal. Please let us know when will be the best time to send the refresh signal.
