I see your original post was moved from a thread stating an error about "Unable to Retrieve Parental Controls". You might be getting this error due to Comcast changing the URL to the XTV portal.  It is now https://tv.xfinity.com.  I had a similar problem.  I fix it by clearing the cache of my browser.  Make sure you update any bookmark you had afterwards to point to the new web page URL.
