message states DVR 100% full, yet I am new customer and have not used, tired the unplugging, no change. Also, on DVR manager states still syncing (since Feb 14th when it was installed).

is this on your computer or mobile device?  are you sure dvr manager is available to you?   If yes then you should post in the xfinity tv thread where comcast joe can look at your account, 9 times out of 10 comcast has to do something on their end to fix this.
