My Xfinity Stream app is missing all local channels. All other channels are working including the ones that are IN HOME ONLY. 
Called customer support, after more than an hour trying to trouble shoot the problem, they transfered me with level 3 support , they stated that local channels are not available in the Stream APP.  Not satisfied with their answer I came to the forum and found out that local channels are part of the Stream APP. We need this issue solved, hopefully by someone that clearly knows what they are talking about.

 

Using: Windows 10 with Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Chrome

Hi, I moved your post to a separate thread on the Xfinity Web Stream TV area of the forum. If your X1 set top boxes include all channels call 800-Comcast and billing, and ask the representative to run a deep account refresh to get all the database entries correct for your subscription package.

I also have the 3 sports channels only.  Same on Windows 10 and on Android app.

Tried everything.  Worked before, started days ago.
