Xfinity/Comcast website is possibly the worst website I have ever attempted to use.  Even the main page is garbage.  It took me 5 minutes just to find out where to even access online content.  Please, please, please make this something from the 2000's.  Unfortunately, this isn't going to happen apprently because people have been complaining about this for a while now and yet we still have this crock-o .  I feel sorry for the programmers that had to work on this.

I'm sorry you found the website difficult to navigate. Our designers and technical team are continually adding new features and responding to customer feedback.  If you can be more specific in your critique, I can pass it along to them for consideration.

 

Here's a "how to" video for the mobile apps, much of which is applicable to the website.  DVR access requires X1 and downloads are only supported on mobile devices.  The other main difference, is that the main navigation menu on the website is across the top, while in the apps, it is within the left menu.
