I am having the same problem....I spent over 4 hours with all departments on the phone with comcast. I even went as far as switch to internet and phone to my plan from att, cause i was told it doesnt work cause i dont have comcast internet and phone.....Still doesn't work. I am going insane, cause the whole purpose of signing up for hbo is true blood, and now i can't even catch up with season 4

Also, are any videos working for you or giving you a different error code?

felicienne13,

Completly remove Microsoft Silverlight then try re-installing it.

Go here for step-by-step instructions:

When some videos work but CBS videos do not, usually the issue is that a pop-up blocker in your browser or an ad blocker in your firewall is preventing these videos from playing.

Try disabling any ad blocking ad-ons in Chrome and let me know if it works. If t is still not working, try loosing your ad blocking settings in your firewall.

Let me know the results.
