I Don't know if this is the same problem but I am having a problem with the interactive tv listing website. I just get this message

"Sorry, that didn't go as planned.

We're working to fix this problem and hope to have it solved very soon. Please try back at a later time."

It's been that way for over 2 weeks. I don't know what they consider "soon" but I am paying $200 a month for high tech garbage that does not work.
