I'm away from my home network and this solution doesn't work for me but I appreciated the help. I'm trying to stream shows that are on demand. Everything was working just fine until last week on multiple devices. Now all of them give me this error and prevent me from watching certain channels like Hallmark Channel or others. I contacted the help center online, we chatted for roughly an hour and the technician told me it was a problem with ther server and passed the complaint up to a higher level. That's been over 5 days and still nothing heard from them so either they dropped it or there is something major going on here. I'm not trying to watch Live TV nor trying to watch something on my DVR at home. Just trying to watch shows that are on demand, which were all available as of last week.
