What specific issues are you having? Are you getting an error code? Please be as specific as possible.

Re: Microsoft Silverlight problem

I am having a similar problem. Every time I go to play an HBO show and some TLC shows, it says that I am Almost Ready (i have watched several of these shows before today) and that I need to install a silver light update. Which I have done now. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled this plugin as well as renewed my PlayReady folder.

 

I have a Mac Pro. Please help!

Try downloading the upgrade directly from here:

It still says I need to upgrade the plugin - Even when I got to the Silverlight website, it says I am using the most updated version.

Try using a different web browser and let me know if it works. This is not a permanent solution but it will help us narrow down your issue.

Yes, it seems to work in Safari, but not in Firefox. Which is great in the interim, but I would love to be able to just use one browser.

Make sure that you have the Silverlight plug-in enabled in Firefox.

 

Also, try uninstalling then re-installing Firefox and try again.
