i have had the same problem for days now also! any video that has a HULU label do not work, just buffers.

How do i fix this?

thanks joe, although i had installed the latest version maybe it took a few times to work?

Please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you.

Also, please send the URLs of the videos that you are trying to watch.

HULU VIDEOS ARE STILL NOT WORKING

Is this going to be fixed or a resolution provided? Do i need to call somebody? Why wont any videos with the HULU logo play???

guess i'll respond to my self. i was able to play the lastest simpsons episode which has the hulu logo on it.

saturday nite live's  latest episode doesn't play neither does any garfield episodes.

both just buffer

So sorry, I swear I didn't see you reply/request to post my info...I was just testing videos that weren't previously working/playing from hulu now and they seem to be working in both explorer and firefox.

I know I haven't changed anything on my end, so if it was you guys...thanks so much! if not all's well that ends well.
