Re: error message 3222

It would be very helpful to some of us who have technical backgrounds if we could know *what* this error is for.

Perusing this thread I see suggestions to try this or that - some have tried and still get the error. What does this message mean?

I had to resort to an online search engine to find this thread. I was unable to locate this via Comcast/Xfinity Help. I'd like to know what this message means.

Not all videos may be working on Internet Explorer 9 32-bit or 64-bit versions. Our team is currently working on this issue.

In the meantime, please use one of these browsers to watch videos:

Goggle Chrome 16

Safari 5.1

Firefox 10.0
