I am having this error too.

 

I just spent the last half an hour with support who walked me through the standard script, try another browser, what's the serial number - so frustrating!!!!

 

I am getting this error on 3 shows that I am aware of and it is working on 1 show I've tried.  Same computer, same browser session, some comcast session.

 

I am connected via wifi to the comcast router in my home.

 

This Video Cannot Be Played

 

We've run into a problem while streaming Samantha Bee.

(Error 102100.5: Loading of the specified resource has failed)

I suspect there is a problem with the cloud service.

We are getting this error as well, on a mac, a PC and an iPhone, but only for SOME episodes of SOME shows.  Why have error codes if you don't know what they mean?  If you know what they mean, please list them in your FAQ.

Spent another 15 minutes on phone with Comcast tech support.  They had me restart the box even though they had agreed earlier in the call that playing on my laptop was playing from the cloud.  Now they are escalating it again and will call me back in 24-48 hours again.

Seeing it on Windows (Chrome & Firefox), on MacOS (Chrome) and on iOS in the app.  The same shows have the same error on all platforms and the shows that work, work on all platforms.

Same problem here. Started all of a sudden 4 days ago using TVGo for streaming purposes on the road.

 

In the Console I get this: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 503 (Service Unavailable)

 

Any suggestions would be appreciated
